Mildred L. Loucks had a daughter Shirley J. Loucks. Shirley J. Loucks married at the age of 18 to Marvin Bell and had two sons Jeffrey Bell and Raymond Bell.
Raymond Bell inherited Grandma Loucks' recipe for her Famous Apple Butter. Ray Bell started making his Grandmother's Apple Butter for family and friends for the holidays. As time went on, more and more people got word of how wonderful his Apple Butter was and Ray created a business to honor Grandma Loucks and her Famous Apple Butter.
Jeffrey Bell, from Memphis, Tennessee started doing competition barbeque. Jeff is now an Award Winning Pit-Master, winning many awards and even became a Certified Barbeque Judge.
The Bell Brothers brought together their family recipes and developed Bells Barbeque Apple Butter BBQ Sauce. Bell's Barbaque has also now released their Multi-Award Winning BBQ Rub, used by Pit-Master Jeffrey Bell, that won him so many awards and our NEWEST Product, Bell's Dundee Marmalade BBQ Sauce, which is an Orange-Lemon Marmalade, blended with a 12 year old Scotch, made into a BBQ Sauce.
